Vehicle Warranty Disputes – Lemon Law
The California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act) provides protection to buyers of new and used vehicles sold with a warranty. If you purchase a vehicle that came with a manufacturer or dealer warranty, which cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of opportunities, or is not fit for the purpose of transportation, you are entitled to monetary compensation, or even repurchase of your vehicle.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude for handling my case last year.
